TRAINING
A Way Out offers a programme of evidence and practice based short training courses to organisations, services and individuals
A Way Out’s training is engaging, practical and equips participants with the skills and knowledge required to engage, support and overcome barriers to working with isolated, vulnerable and at risk clients; whom present with a complexity of needs, educational disadvantage, social exclusion, addiction, mental ill health and poverty.

trafficking and trauma informed support when working with females experiencing multiple disadvantage.
The training content has been co-designed with the input from clients to champion and support change with the arena of social care, health care, housing, substance misuse, counselling, mental health and the wider sectors.

A Way Out’s training is informed by the 'lived experience' of the clients supported by the organisation. The trainings sessions can be delivered online and is interactive and engaging, offering opportunity to share knowledge and experience, and to inform policy and practice.
